Please cooperate to collect "Incorrectly-written postcards"@

@At the present time in Osaka, there are 30,000 people with visual impairments. They aim to become independent and take part in society. But many kinds of bad conditions are piled up and no progress is seen in present conditions.
A principal proposed that the incorrectly-written postcards be collected at all junior high schools in Ibaraki. This project is being organized by student council. We talked, and think we are happy if our efforts help them start to work. The incorrectly-written postcards turn new postcards and postage stamps, which are useful to people with visual impairments welfare business. At Toyokawa , this collection box will be located in the front lobby.
Please give us the postcards without stamps.

We collect them during January.
